Manufacturing programme of our company are gears for machine tools, shipbuilding, processing industry, civil engineering and agriculture industry, gears for various means of transportation and gear pumps. We also manufacture power transmitting gears, reduction gears, multiplications gears etc. We support the overhaul of equipment in industry.

We manufacture for known buyer:

Straight spur gears from modulus 0.3 to modulus 10, to 1000 mm in diameter, external and internal toothing.

Helical gears from modulus 0.3 to modulus 6 and 400 mm in diameter.

We manufacture gears to modulus 6 and f 300 mm in class Q=5. We grind using Reishauer system, shave gear teeth to f330 and to m=6.

We pair and test on noise if needed.

We make a complete protocol for: a0, b0, Fi", fi", Ra (mm) and surface harness of gear teeth.
